Do I have to relive the past?

No. We don’t need the story. We find and release the energy that’s causing the problem.

How is this done remotely?

Sessions can be done by zoom, phone or you can set up an email session if that works best for you. Energy has no limits.

How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different. Some feel shifts quickly; others prefer ongoing support.

 

Is this safe for children or animals?
Yes. This work is gentle and non-invasive, making it safe for children and animals. Because we’re working with energy, it can support emotional balance and well-being at any age. Sessions for little ones or pets are done with intention and care, with parent or guardian permission.

 

What will I feel after a session?
Everyone’s experience is unique. Many people feel lighter, calmer, clearer, or more at peace. Some notice emotional shifts right away, others see changes unfold over days or weeks. Occasionally you may feel a little tired as your body integrates the release — that’s completely normal and part of the process.

 

Is there anything I should do after a session?
Hydrate, rest if you can, and be kind to yourself. Your body may still be processing and integrating. Movement, a walk, yoga, time in nature, or quiet reflection can help with processing. Mostly, just notice how you feel and allow the shifts to unfold naturally. Nurture yourself in any way that feels supportive.
